Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" — the faw999 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services operated at faw999.cam.
• "Member" / "User" — any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts held in a Member's Account, net of wagers placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Real Money Balance" — the portion of a Member's Balance comprising deposited funds and confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to specific wagering conditions before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total bet turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Balance funds may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address confirmation, required before certain Platform actions may be completed.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the Platform for Indonesian Members.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operational purposes.

Use of the Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. faw999 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
2. Residency and Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship may not register.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Self-Exclusion: Persons who have previously applied for self-exclusion on faw999 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account during the self-exclusion period.

To access betting and gaming services on faw999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply:

1. You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. This information must remain accurate throughout your use of the Platform; it is your responsibility to update any details that change.
2. faw999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Registration approval is entirely at the Company's discretion.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted from your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.
4. You must notify faw999 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
5. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

faw999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. By registering, you agree to provide documentation as reasonably requested by the Company for the purposes of verifying your identity, age, and payment methods.

1. Triggering Events: KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time the Company deems verification necessary to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.
2. Acceptable Identity Documents: Government-issued national identity card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's licence (SIM). Documents must be current, legible, and display your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
3. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognised Indonesian bank, or other official document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
4. Payment Method Verification: Depending on deposit and withdrawal volumes, you may be required to submit evidence confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used on the Platform.
5. Processing Time: faw999 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending verification completion.
6. Refusal Consequences: If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, faw999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access or close the Account.

faw999 supports the follo wing deposit methods for Indonesian Members: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier; current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
2. Currency: All transactions on faw999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your bank or e-wallet provider; faw999 bears no responsibility for any conversion fees or rate discrepancies applied externally.
3. Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. faw999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or network congestion.
4. Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, third-party accounts, or credit facilities obtained for the purpose of gambling are strictly prohibited.
5. Deposit Confirmation: Always retain your transfer receipt until the deposit has been confirmed credited to your Account. In the event of a discrepancy, contact support with your proof of transfer for investigation.
6. Failed Deposits: If a transfer is debited from your bank or e-wallet but not credited to your Account within 60 minutes, contact faw999 support immediately. faw999 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed received, credit the amount without undue delay.

Members may request withdrawals of Real Money Balance subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by Member tier.
2. Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, or to a verified account held in the Member's own name. faw999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are targeted for same-day processing. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. faw999 aims to complete all withdrawals within 24 hours of approval; actual bank credit times may vary depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.
4. KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. faw999 will not release funds to an Account that has not completed the required verification steps.
5. Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests may be deferred if there are open bets on the Account at the time of the request. The withdrawal will be processed after all pending bets are settled.
6. Withdrawal Fees: faw999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your bank may apply its own transfer or administrative charges; these are beyond faw999's control.
7. Right to Review: faw999 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal for up to 10 business days if a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is identified. The Member will be notified of any such delay.

faw999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions (for example, promotions tied to BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri celebrations, or major tournament periods). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per Member, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
2. Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved). The applicable multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are detailed on the individual promotion page.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period specified in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Unfulfilled bonus balances will expire and be removed from the Account automatically upon deadline.
5. Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a Bonus Balance is active and wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 200.000 or an equivalent value in games with higher stake increments. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture.
6. Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only the Real Money Balance will be released for withdrawal.
7. faw999 Discretion: faw999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be notified via the Platform or email in advance of material changes wherever reasonably practicable.

All betting and gaming activity on faw999 is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (for example, rules governing bandar bola — football bookmaker markets — or togel lottery draws) are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is deemed accepted only when it is confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors or connectivity issues are void and any stake is returned to the Member's Account.
2. Odds Fluctuation: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those displayed prior to submission.
3. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in circumstances including match postponement, event cancellation, data feed errors, or where the Platform has displayed patently incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
4. Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to live data feed availability. faw999 accepts no liability for delays in in-play data presentation that may result in bets being placed on outdated information; Members accept this inherent risk when participating in live markets.
5. Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per single bet are capped as stated in the relevant product-specific rules. In the event that confirmed winnings exceed the stated maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount will be credited.
6. Togel Markets: All togel draws are conducted by recognised official draw bodies. faw999 publishes draw results on the Platform; in the event of any discrepancy between the Platform display and the official draw result, the official result shall prevail.
7. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection is voided, that selection is removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining selections at revised odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on faw999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or creating a new Account following a self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without faw999's prior written consent.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting that is deemed abusive in the Company's reasonable assessment.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider while the corresponding funds remain in your Account or have been wagered.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the faw999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied by licensed studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others), and any other material — is the property of faw999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of faw999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, faw999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from the Member's own breach of this Agreement or from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, faw999's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

faw999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, faw999 uses your personal information to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and, where you have given consent, to send you promotional communications. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate an Account closure, at which point any Real Money Balance will be returned to you subject to applicable verification requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which faw999 holds its international gaming operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent faw999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require.
